Welcome to denishoe (the "Sanctuary"). This Digital Sanctuary is owned and operated under the strict philosophical and technical standards of Denishoe. By accessing this site and initiating any transaction, you implicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to our absolute protocols, you must immediately exit this Sanctuary.

 1. Controlled Drop & Order Regulation
* denishoe objects are rare masterpieces crafted in strictly limited quantities through meticulous technical tuning and artisan devotion. They are not mass-produced commodities.
* We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or cancel any order placed through our system. 
* In the event of system synchronization errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected bot activity, we reserve the right to immediately void the transaction and issue a full refund without prior notice.

2. Anti-Resale Protocol & Collector Verification
* All objects issued by denishoe are intended exclusively for final collectors (End Collectors) who appreciate the purity of the craft. 
* Any purchases made for the purpose of commercial resale, premium flipping, or unauthorized redistribution are strictly prohibited.
* If a transaction is reasonably suspected to be initiated by an automated bot, a commercial reseller, or a proxy buyer, Denishoe reserves the right to permanently block the account and cancel all associated orders.

 3. Intellectual Property & Sacred Assets
* All content manifested within this Sanctuary—including but not limited to minimal copy, structural footwear designs, technical philosophies, visual aesthetics, moving images, and archival materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Denishoe and the artisan.
* No individual or entity is permitted to replicate, counterfeit, alter, or commercially exploit any part of our designs, brand identity, or philosophical assets. Any infringement will be met with immediate and absolute legal retaliation.

4. Limitation of Liability
* Due to the raw and organic nature of premium leather, natural rubber, and artisan-led treatment processes, slight structural variations may exist. These are not defects, but the authentic signatures of the material's existence.
* denishoe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our objects beyond the official purchase price.

 5. Governing Law & Absolute Jurisdiction
* These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
* Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Sanctuary shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in Seoul, South Korea.
