Shipping & Delivery Protocol (Revised Edition)

denishoe objects are not mass-produced inventory waiting in a commercial warehouse. Each pair is an archival masterpiece subjected to rigorous technical inspection and artisan-led treatment before release. Therefore, our transit process operates under a highly controlled dispatch protocol to ensure the absolute preservation of the object.

1. Artisan Tuning & Dispatch Timeline

 denishoe objects are strictly designed and made under the direct hands of the master artisan, Hyung-sup Kim. Please consider that the precise technical tuning, alignment of design elements and physical creation of a single masterpiece requires approximately 10 business days of dedicated craftsmanship.

 Following the completion of this artisan creation session, an additional 3 to 7 business days are allocated for our rigorous final structural inspection before official dispatch.

 Once the object clears our preservation criteria, it is sealed securely and handed over to our verified global courier networks (DHL Express / FedEx). A tracking matrix will be transmitted immediately to your registered communication channel.

2. Complimentary Global Courier & Customs Clearance (DDP)

 We architecturalize our logistics to reach global collectors, primarily broadcasting to the UK, Europe, and North America.

 All denishoe objects include complimentary insured worldwide shipping. To ensure a seamless, frictionless arrival at your sanctuary, all shipments operate strictly on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

 Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees are entirely absorbed and pre-cleared by denishoe prior to dispatch. The collector will never experience unexpected fiscal friction upon arrival.

 denishoe is not responsible for any structural transit delays caused by local customs inspection protocols.

3. Preservation and Loss Prevention

 Every denishoe object is dispatched in custom archival packaging designed to withstand external atmospheric changes and physical impact.

 If an object is returned to our sanctuary due to an unverified address or a failure to receive the secure delivery after successful notification, original transit overheads and return re-routing charges will be deducted from the transaction before voiding.
