Return & Exchange Policy

Denishoe objects are not mass-produced commodities; they are rare masterpieces crafted through the precise technical tuning and devotion of the artisan. Each piece exists in strictly limited quantities. Therefore, we maintain a highly controlled return protocol to preserve the purity of our sanctuary.

1. Absolute Conditions for Returns
* Returns are strictly limited to cases where a critical defect is found in the material or construction upon immediate arrival.
* Due to the ultra-limited nature of our drops, size exchanges are generally impossible. Please measure with absolute precision before confirming your order.
* Any request for a return must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt exclusively via our official communication channel: concierge@denishoe.com.

2. Disqualification of Return
We immediately reject any return requests under the following conditions:
* If the object shows even the slightest trace of outdoor wear, alteration, or damage to the leather and raw rubber.
* If the original packaging, seals, or accompanying archival documents are damaged or missing.
* Any simple change of mind after the order has entered the processing phase.

 3. Verification Protocol
All returned items undergo a rigorous inspection session at our offline sanctuary before any refund process is approved. To initiate this protocol or file a verification request, you must contact **concierge@denishoe.com** with your proof of purchase. If the item passes our strict preservation criteria, the transaction will be reversed securely through your verified PayPal account.
